Our Planning Redefined membership provides aspiring, new and established independent wedding planners with ongoing support, connection and learning through a collaborative community of fellow planners.

Your membership will include:

  • Access to the “Join the Conversation with Planning Redefined” Facebook group

  • Monthly Zoom sessions with Louise and/or Kat

  • Monthly guest expert sessions covering topics such as social media, SEO, services, pricing, finances and business practicalities

  • Opportunities to attend in-person meet-ups throughout the year


This membership is billed monthly with an initial minimum commitment of three months.

Membership will formally begin on 1st May 2026, and no payments will be taken until this date.

Membership Eligibility

We do not offer membership to all wedding industry suppliers.

Membership is only available to individual/independent wedding planners or prospective wedding planners in training.  Membership is personal to one individual and cannot be shared with an organisation, company, team or corporate body.

We reserve the right to refuse membership or terminate your membership immediately if we discover that you are not a wedding planner or a prospective wedding planner.  If membership services are terminated on this basis, no refund will be issued.
