A Supportive Community for Wedding Planners

A PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT NETWORK

For Wedding Planners

Running a wedding planning business can sometimes feel like you’re doing it all on your own. While it’s incredibly rewarding, it can also be isolating when you’re navigating challenges and making big decisions. Our Planning Redefined membership has been created to bring planners together, offering a supportive community, practical guidance, and opportunities to learn from fellow planners and industry experts.

Whether you’re looking for advice, support or simply a place to connect with other planners who understand the realities of the industry, our membership provides a space where you can ask questions, share ideas and build meaningful professional connections. Through our private Facebook page (Join the Conversation with Planning Redefined), regular online sessions, expert talks and in-person meet-ups, our goal is to help you feel supported and inspired.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

questions

Who is membership suitable for?

Membership is designed for independent wedding planners at all stages of their business, from those in the early stages of building their brand through to established planners looking for ongoing support and industry connection.

What topics are covered in the expert sessions?

Guest speakers will cover a range of topics designed to support your wedding planning business, including social media, SEO, services, pricing, business operations and financial management.

Do I have to attend every session?

No. Members can attend the sessions that are most useful to them, and the community Facebook group provides ongoing opportunities for discussion and support.

Will the sessions be recorded?

The guest expert sessions will be recorded and uploaded to a dedicated members’ page so they can be watched back at your convenience if you are unable to attend live.

The monthly planner Zoom sessions will not be recorded, as these are designed to be a safe and supportive space where members can ask open and honest questions, share experiences and speak freely.

Can I join if I’m currently not a wedding planner?

Yes, you are welcome to join if you are considering a career as a wedding planner and would benefit from learning about the industry and connecting with fellow planners.

However, membership is specifically designed for aspiring, new or established wedding planners, so it is not suitable or available if you are not planning on working within the independent wedding planning profession.
